WeighTrainer Peaking Program #2

This spreadsheet will draft up an 11 week program consisting of two workouts per week. It attempts to increase your 1RM by 7.5% by the end of week 11. The program is based on a combination of the Bulgarian and former Soviet Weightlifting Teams approaches to periodization. It differs from WeighTrainer Peaking Program #1 in that it is NOT intended for people who are unaccustomed to low-rep training.
