Most of these spreadsheets are based on the routines of the world's greatest Powerlifters. Keep in mind that these people have vastly superior genetics for building strength and tolerating high work loads than the normal person - not to mention the fact that they are also likely heavy steroid-users. If you plan to follow these programs you may have to tailor some of them to suit your recovery ability. And don't go off the deep-end with assistance exercises; keep them to a bare minimum.
