Modified "Matrix" Bench Press Program
This spreadsheet will draft up a 10-week program consisting of two Bench Press workouts per week (one heavy and one light day). It attempts to increase your 1RM by 8% by the end of week 10. The program is based on Ken Lain's "Matrix" program that he used to Bench Press 740 lbs., but it's modified for us individuals less "gifted" than Ken.
