Tom McCullough Peaking Program
This spreadsheet will draft up a 14 week program consisting of one workout per week. It attempts to increase your 1RM by 10% by the end of week 14. Tom's routine is, again, a classic descending reps/increasing weight scheme; VERY similar to the Ed Coan Peaking Program #2.
