Ken Lain's "Matrix" Bench Press Program
This spreadsheet will draft up a 10 week program consisting of two Bench Press workouts per week (one heavy and one light day). It attempts to increase your 1RM by 10% by the end of week 10. The program is Ken Lain's "Matrix" program that he used to Bench Press 740 lbs. It's different from most in that you do a heavy single EVERY week.
