Classic Deadlift Peaking Program
This spreadsheet will draft up a "classic" 11 week deadlift program. It calls for one workout per week and attempts to increase your 1RM by 10% by the end of week 11. No warm-up sets are included in this routine so you'll have to perform them as you see fit.
