Gene Bell Jr.'s Squat Program

This spreadsheet will draft up a 12 week program consisting of one squat workout per week. It attempts to increase your 1RM Squat by 6.7% by the end of week 12. While Gene doesn't believe in following strict schemes as such, this program follows the progressions he used in preparing for an actual meet.
